Production Supervisor (Freezer)

Location: On-site in Aurora, Colorado, United States. Must be flexible to work first and second shifts, including weekends, overtime, and holidays.

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and motivate 25–28 warehouse associates.
• Set performance goals and track productivity, order accuracy, safety, and cleanliness KPIs.
• Manage receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory operations.
• Conduct safety inspections, provide training, and implement corrective actions.
• Apply LEAN and continuous improvement methods to reduce waste and remove operational bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to implement workflow and performance improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; relevant experience may substitute for additional education.
• At least 2 years of warehouse operations experience and 2 years of formal leadership experience with teams of 10 or more.
• Experience maintaining safety compliance and developing warehouse personnel.
• Strong communication, delegation, problem-solving, time-management, and team-engagement skills.
• Computer proficiency, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 30–40 pounds, occasionally lift up to 75 pounds, and work in refrigerated and freezer environments.
