Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a production team of 15–25 employees, including team leads.
• Oversee daily production to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals, maintaining approximately 70% floor presence.
• Ensure adherence to standard work, policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Monitor production metrics, resolve operational issues, and drive corrective actions.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles, including 5S, standard work, flow, and root cause problem solving.
• Manage time and attendance, use the Infor ERP system and production data, and maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in a high-volume or mixed-model environment.
• Direct supervisory experience leading production teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, team development, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in lean manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and mechanical drawings.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably Infor.
