Senior Network Engineer (SASE): Deploying and optimizing enterprise on-premise and cloud-based networks with an accent on SD-WAN, SASE, network security, and Azure/AWS connectivity. Focus on designing complex network architectures, automating administrative tasks, troubleshooting advanced cloud and network technologies, and improving performance across large-scale data center environments.
Location: San Antonio, Texas; additional location: Findlay, Ohio
Compensation includes a discretionary company-sponsored annual bonus program; no base salary amount is specified.

What you will do
- Deploy complex network configurations across on-premise data centers and cloud environments.
- Design, engineer, troubleshoot, and optimize SD-WAN and SASE architectures.
- Integrate network systems and tools, develop automation scripts, and create operational playbooks.
- Analyze network traffic, utilization, performance trends, and root causes to improve reliability.
- Support wireless infrastructure, WAN optimization, digital experience tooling, and Azure cloud integration.
- Contribute to private SaaS, edge computing, network transformation, standards, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Five or more years of relevant experience.
- Experience with enterprise-scale data centers, network topologies, and network architectures.
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, quality of service, traffic engineering, filtering, and performance tuning.
- Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, mentor colleagues, and provide subject-matter expertise.
- Regular employment with full-time availability is required.
Nice to have
- CCNP or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Azure and AWS Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, Private Link, and other cloud networking architectures.
- Experience with Zero Trust Networking or SASE.
