Investment Banking Analyst I, Equity Capital Markets

Location: In-person in New York, New York; candidates must live in or be able to relocate to New York and have U.S. work authorization.

Salary: $105,000–$110,000 per year, plus potential incentive earnings.

What you will do

• Support private and public equity offerings, including PIPEs, ATMs, CMPOs, marketed follow-ons, IPOs, SPAC financings, and crossover financings.
• Perform financial analysis and industry- and company-specific research.
• Coordinate processes involved in financial transactions and sales.
• Prepare pitch materials, investor targeting materials, client presentations, offering memorandums, and proposals.
• Work closely with senior investment bankers, institutional sales, research, and current and prospective clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic achievement, preferably in finance or economics.
• U.S. work authorization is required.
• 0–1 years of related work experience.
• Live in or be able to relocate to New York.
• Strong project management, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, plus a strong work ethic.
