Fixed Income Portfolio Analyst

Location: Boston, MA, United States; office presence required four days per week with flexibility to work remotely one day per week.

Salary: USD 80,000–150,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus or incentives and benefits.

What you will do

• Implement Global Credit investment strategies across client portfolios.
• Work with portfolio managers, traders, and firm partners to execute investment strategies accurately and on time.
• Rebalance portfolios in response to strategies, cash flows, benchmark changes, market movements, and client-guideline updates.
• Monitor positions and verify that transactions comply with client guidelines.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risk exposures, and key market sensitivities.
• Maintain and improve internal tools supporting the Securitized Team’s investment process while reducing operational risk.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in fixed income, portfolio analysis, risk analysis, quantitative analysis, or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of and interest in fixed-income investing.
• Advanced analytical skills, quantitative orientation, and strong attention to detail.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and producing analysis that influences decisions.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, initiate improvements, and collaborate with investment and business professionals.
• An undergraduate degree is required; a postgraduate degree or relevant qualification such as CFA, or progress toward one, is beneficial.
