2027 Finance Rotation Analyst

Location: Columbus, Ohio; all rotations are based in Columbus. Workplace type: Office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

hirify.global is a banking organization offering a two-year finance career rotation program across corporate finance and strategy functions.

What you will do

• Complete three eight-month rotational assignments across finance and strategy-focused business units.
• Learn financial cycles and disciplines while developing insights to support business decisions.
• Develop data modeling skills and contribute to financial reporting and analysis.
• Assist with budgets, financial statement forecasting, business cases, and financial models.
• Assess risks affecting business segments and the broader organization.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and meetings with senior management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Internship or other relevant experience in corporate finance.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Relevant coursework or certifications in financial modeling, data visualization, SQL, Python, or Bloomberg.
• Positive business presence with management and a commitment to learning and excellence.
• Leadership demonstrated through extracurricular activities or work experience.
