Scheduling Manager (Mission-Critical Infrastructure)

Location: Lomira, Wisconsin, United States; approximately 75% travel and long-term onsite project assignments throughout North America required

What you will do

• Lead scheduling activities across multiple hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and govern baseline, recovery, commissioning, conceptual, and project execution schedules.
• Partner with project management, construction, engineering, procurement, subcontractors, clients, and executives on project execution planning.
• Facilitate pull-planning sessions, schedule reviews, milestone workshops, and recovery planning discussions.
• Perform critical path analysis, schedule health assessments, resource evaluations, delay analysis, and schedule forecasting.
• Manage, mentor, and develop scheduling personnel while driving improvements in schedule reliability and project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, project management, business, or a related discipline, plus 8 or more years of relevant scheduling, project controls, construction management, or project execution experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience scheduling large-scale mission-critical, hyperscale data center, industrial, EPC, power, infrastructure, or complex commercial construction projects.
• Leadership experience managing scheduling teams, project schedulers, or project controls personnel.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and experience with construction sequencing, procurement, commissioning, resource planning, and project controls.
• Strong experience with critical path analysis, schedule forecasting, delay analysis, schedule risk assessments, and executive reporting.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to travel approximately 75% for extended onsite assignments throughout North America.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Project, Power BI, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Oracle Primavera, or similar platforms.
• Planning & Scheduling Professional, PMI-SP, PMP, or related certification.
