Program Analyst (Space Systems)

Location: El Segundo, California, supporting Los Angeles AFB

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Evaluate future space and missile systems of systems and families of systems across enterprise portfolios.
• Create and assess systems, enterprise, and scenario-based technology roadmaps.
• Analyze technology needs, capability gaps, threats, and shortfalls to support science and technology proposals.
• Perform enterprise architecting, systems engineering analysis, technology performance evaluation, and integration planning.
• Develop and synchronize Space Systems Command science and technology policies, processes, priorities, and transition plans.
• Support project management, performance and schedule tracking, strategic partnerships, and modernization investment decisions.

Requirements

• Current Top Secret security clearance and SCI eligibility.
• 10+ years of relevant experience supporting space systems acquisition, systems engineering, and operations.
• Knowledge of Department of Defense acquisition processes.
• Experience with U.S. Air Force or U.S. Space Force science and technology maturation.
• Master's degree in a related STEM field, such as engineering or mathematics.
• Ability to perform functional duties independently and travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience using artificial intelligence tools for data analysis and work-product development.
• Experience managing tactical and strategic communications, marketing, and work products.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
