Salary: $123,000–$183,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop enterprise architectures and technical baselines for MILSATCOM capabilities using Model-Based Systems Engineering.
• Analyze system requirements, verification approaches, traceability, and requirement flow from customers to system and component levels.
• Lead government and contractor working groups addressing risks, requirement gaps, integration issues, and action items.
• Assess technical baseline changes and their effects on enterprise capabilities and cross-stakeholder interoperability.
• Review program documentation, adjudicate comments, and prepare technical briefings for U.S. Space Force management.
• Manage risks, issues, interdependencies, schedule conflicts, and action plans for resolution.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and current or obtainable Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, mathematics, computer science, or network and telecommunications; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated satellite communications experience and 8 years of systems engineering experience.
• Familiarity with MBSE and tools supporting requirements development and traceability.
• Experience with military or Department of Defense clients and ground or airborne systems such as terminals and networks.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, organization, and stakeholder-management skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Systems engineering certifications such as INCOSE ESEP or CSEP.
• MBSE certification such as OCSMP.
• Agile development certification.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
