Systems Integration Analysts (Missile Defense Systems): Facilitating integration between internal and external systems for the Missile Defense Agency and contributing to Engineering Integrated Product Teams with an accent on cross-team coordination, metrics, and integrated testing. Focus on evaluating technical outputs, assessing schedule and dependency impacts, and supporting systems integration activities requiring extensive MDA or Department of War experience.

What you will do
- Facilitate integration between internal and external systems.
- Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team and coordinate with technical points of contact.
- Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics.
- Evaluate technical outputs from working groups to determine progress and status.
- Assess how decisions affect schedules, dependencies, and integrated testing.
Requirements
- Master’s degree with 12+ years of experience, or bachelor’s degree with 20+ years of experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of War security clearance.
- Extensive Missile Defense Agency or Department of War experience.
- Extensive experience supporting Integrated Product Teams and Technical Interchange Meetings.
- Experience with systems integration, along with excellent organization and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo and DOORS.
- Experience briefing and interacting with senior leaders.
- Experience developing digital tools or dashboards.
