Sr Analyst, Compensation

Location: Marysville, Ohio, United States; hybrid work with 2–3 days in the WHQ office per week

Salary: $91,100–$107,200 per year, plus eligibility for corporate bonus programs.

What you will do

• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using compensation surveys, job data, and organizational information.
• Perform advanced compensation analyses and modeling for pay decisions, program design, and business needs.
• Analyze pay equity, internal equity, and compensation impacts, identifying trends and recommending actions.
• Support job evaluations, organizational changes, promotions, and other complex pay-related reviews.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to provide compensation guidance and actionable recommendations.
• Maintain compensation data, support governance and audits, and mentor less experienced colleagues when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience in compensation, HR analytics, finance, or a related field, including independent management of complex analytical work.
• Strong analytical skills, including working with large datasets, identifying trends, and drawing meaningful conclusions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to communicate complex compensation concepts clearly to HR and business partners.
• Strong organization, judgment, collaboration, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
