Director, Commercial Operations & Strategy (AI)

What you will do

• Lead commercial operations teams across hirify.global markets, including long-tail account management, telesales, local teams, centers of excellence, and outsourced partners.
• Design scalable SOPs and commercial processes that improve operational efficiency and consistency.
• Define and operationalize vendor health strategies across the merchant lifecycle, from acquisition through retention.
• Lead AI transformation initiatives using intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows.
• Deliver cross-functional strategic projects with Product, Technology, Data, and local market teams.
• Define KPIs, monitor ROI, and drive change management to ensure adoption across regions and distributed teams.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience in commercial operations, strategy, business process automation, or a similar field.
• Experience in high-growth technology, e-commerce, marketplaces, or related environments.
• Strong understanding of sales and account management processes, telesales, vendor health lifecycle, metrics, and operational workflows.
• Familiarity with AI integration and commercial technology stacks such as Salesforce and Looker.
• Proven experience leading automation or transformation programs and managing large distributed operational teams.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, leadership, and change management skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action.
