Senior Project Management Excellence Specialist (Digital Transformation)

What you will do

• Establish and continuously improve a common project management framework, standards, methodologies, and governance principles.
• Embed value creation and benefits realization into project and portfolio management.
• Create transparency across delivery performance, risks, dependencies, resources, investments, and expected business outcomes.
• Provide governance mechanisms, actionable insights, and decision support for portfolio steering, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Conduct project quality assurance and health assessments, identify risks and governance gaps, and support corrective actions.
• Advise and coach project leads, business stakeholders, and senior leadership while building a strong project management community.

Requirements

• Significant experience in project, portfolio, or transformation management within digital, technology, or business transformation environments.
• Proven experience establishing or improving project management practices, governance models, or PMO capabilities.
• Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management, risk management, and benefits realization.
• Experience working in complex, international, and cross-functional organizations.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical project management structures and approaches, with a pragmatic and hands-on mindset.

• Experience with digital transformation initiatives involving data, automation, AI, or technology-enabled business change.
