What you will do

• Lead large-scale banking transformation programs from strategy through implementation.
• Guide clients through business, process, and technology change as a trusted partner.
• Drive end-to-end delivery while identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Shape target operating models, transformation roadmaps, and implementation approaches.
• Collaborate with business, operations, architecture, product, and technology teams.
• Engage senior client stakeholders, support governance and steering committees, and contribute to pre-sales and business development.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex transformation initiatives in banking, payments, lending, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of core banking processes and banking operating models.
• Experience with SAP Banking, hirify.global solutions, or comparable banking platforms.
• Ability to work effectively at both strategic and execution levels.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior business and technology leaders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills in international, cross-functional environments.
