Inside Sales Coordinator

Location: White Bear Lake, Minnesota, United States

Hourly pay: $25–$29 per hour, dependent on experience.

What you will do

• Communicate frequently with customers and distributors to support satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
• Solicit sales orders from existing customers by phone and develop new customers through phone, internet, and web-based sales leads.
• Qualify leads by assessing interest, timing, and needs, then direct them to the appropriate channels.
• Handle basic customer issues, refer complex problems to senior staff, and work with account managers to resolve customer requests.
• Coordinate customer, dealer, and contractor sample needs with the plant and communicate product updates, brochures, and brand bulletins.
• Support sales programs, product introductions, shows, trainings, reports, and related correspondence.

Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience, preferably in customer service.
• Beginning to working knowledge of the subject matter.
• Working knowledge of computers and business software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as computers and scanners.
• Work from the White Bear Lake, Minnesota location.
