Inside Sales Coordinator (Construction)

Location: Lafayette, Colorado, United States; hybrid schedule available after 6–12 months of training

Salary: $24.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience, with quarterly bonus eligibility and a potential annual discretionary bonus.

UFP Site Built manufactures value-added wood and non-wood building products, including wood structural components, aluminum decks and rails, and light gauge steel systems.

What you will do

• Build customer relationships through regular phone and email communication.
• Coordinate order scheduling and resolve back orders, delivery delays, and related issues.
• Enter quotes and orders accurately based on take-off specifications.
• Support account managers with customer requests and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with sales, shipping, and product management teams.
• Communicate product updates and participate in training, trade shows, and product launches as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in sales or construction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and independent work skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
