hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Manage accounting activities for multiple higher education clients, including software and chart-of-accounts administration.
• Coordinate accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll transaction processing.
• Coordinate and review month-end reconciliations, including complex investment, debt, and industry-specific accounts.
• Prepare and review financial statements, general ledger activity, cash flow, allocations, and process documentation.
• Complete sales tax returns, Form 1099s, audit and tax return workpapers, and other client-requested deliverables.
• Supervise Associates and Analysts and support internal audit, due diligence, system selection, and other consulting projects.

• At least two years of relevant accounting or financial experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent related experience, education, and training may be accepted.
• Ability to work from one of the listed hirify.global office locations in the United States.
