What you will do

• Lead and manage business valuation consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong client service.
• Support the strategic growth and development of the Business Valuation practice.
• Contribute to proposals, marketing materials, web-based campaigns, and firm-wide business development initiatives.
• Build client and professional relationships through networking, presentations, conferences, and industry events.
• Collaborate across offices and industry groups to strengthen consulting capabilities and practice growth.
• Mentor team members, manage projects, improve processes, and enhance the client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• CPA, CFA, or ASA designation required.
• 10 years of relevant valuation or consulting experience.
• Experience managing multiple engagements and leading professional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and practice growth.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master’s degree in Valuation.
• Experience supporting mid-market clients.
• Experience with thought leadership activities, including industry presentations, webinars, networking events, or professional forums.
