Manager - Finance Corporate Advisory

What you will do

• Lead complex financial analysis and modeling engagements covering forecasting, scenario analysis, financing evaluations, and cash flow assessments.
• Develop and oversee budgets, rolling forecasts, KPIs, and performance dashboards aligned with client objectives.
• Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic planning and business decision-making.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions through due diligence, financial analysis, research, and review of business and tax considerations.
• Manage client engagements, timelines, service delivery, and relationship discussions.
• Improve financial models, reporting, processes, and analytical capabilities while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance, corporate advisory, FP&A, or related areas.
• Strong project management, analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong PowerPoint and Word skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines in a fast-paced advisory environment.

Nice to have

• CFA, CPA, CA, or an MBA in Finance.
• Technical expertise in Power BI, coding, FP&A tools, or financial systems.
