Finance Senior Manager (Semiconductor IP Licensing)

What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to structure IP licensing and tools agreements.
• Own contract economics, including performance obligation assessments and revenue recognition under IFRS 15.
• Support Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders with financial analysis, pricing guidance, and commercial trade-off decisions.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, performance management, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Drive AI-enabled automation across FP&A and contract workflows to improve efficiency and forecast accuracy.

Requirements

• CPA, MBA, or a relevant master’s degree.
• 10+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, ideally in semiconductor IP licensing.
• Deep expertise in IFRS 15 revenue recognition and contract structuring for complex technology arrangements.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a finance leadership role embedded with commercial, product, engineering, and operations stakeholders.
