Senior Associate - Corporate Finance Advisory

What you will do

• Support financial analysis and modeling engagements, including forecasting, scenario analysis, financing evaluations, and cash flow assessments.
• Develop budgets, rolling forecasts, KPIs, and performance dashboards aligned with client objectives.
• Compile and analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and support strategic decisions.
• Conduct research and due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
• Prepare accurate client reports, deliverables, and presentation materials, and participate in client meetings.
• Improve reporting tools, processes, and client solutions while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced advisory environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, business advisory, or a related area.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to high-impact client engagements.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with US GAAP.
• Experience with Power BI, coding, FP&A, or data visualization tools.
