PEFS Manager

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India — Cherry Hills; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Lead and review journal entries, cash reporting, financial statements, investor capital statements, reconciliations, and fund reporting deliverables.
• Manage quarterly and annual financial reporting, including reporting packages, variance analysis, and supporting information for client-facing teams.
• Prepare or review capital call and distribution calculations, management fees, carried interest, waterfall calculations, and related notices.
• Coordinate audit schedules, confirmations, supporting documentation, investor portals, client communications, and special projects.
• Identify process improvements that standardize workflows, improve quality, and increase delivery efficiency.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Seniors, Associates, and Junior Associates while reviewing compliance with accounting standards and client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA license or progress toward CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in private equity fund accounting or fund administration.
• Experience with Investran or similar accounting systems and strong Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage deadlines, and interact with clients as needed.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 5%.
