Lead Reconciliation Associate (Finance)

Location: Office-based in Noida, India

hirify.global provides a web-based system for investment portfolio data, reconciliation, and reporting.

What you will do

• Reconcile investment portfolio transactions and holdings using data from external portfolio providers.
• Review and update reporting data to meet daily deadlines and deliver accurate portfolio status updates to clients.
• Investigate issues in the reconciliation system and coordinate resolutions with clients, data providers, service delivery managers, leadership, and other departments.
• Collaborate with product teams on internal improvement projects and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
• Monitor success metrics, support company and team improvement initiatives, and advise on reconciliation-related inquiries.
• Provide subject-matter expertise, mentorship, training materials, and support during client calls.

Requirements

• Intermediate understanding of investment, financial, and accounting concepts.
• Finance and/or accounting experience is preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of GAAP and at least one non-GAAP accounting framework.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, relationship-management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work from the Noida office on a full-time basis.
