SAP Business Process Analyst - Manufacturing (SAP)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end SAP business processes for the assigned manufacturing workstream.
• Create blueprinting guidance and coordinate business and system processes during global site and subsidiary implementations.
• Oversee project team activities covering business impact analysis, role mapping, testing, and implementation.
• Manage incidents, enhancements, security changes, and role-mapping requests in collaboration with business partners, Super Users, and Centers of Excellence.
• Lead enhancement rollouts, hypercare, user training, knowledge transfer, and workstream meetings.
• Partner with functional leaders and the IT PMO on requirements, priorities, deliverables, standards, and project reporting.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• At least four years of SAP system experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least three years of medium- to large-scale project and program management experience.
• Strong knowledge of one SAP end-to-end process and related data, such as OTC, CRM, PTP, PTM, RTR, SLM, or master data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
