Sr Business Systems Analyst (Gainsight/AI)

Salary: $90,900–$130,700 per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Advise Customer Success leadership on platform enhancements and process improvements aligned with business goals.
• Own the administration, user management, configuration, optimization, and architecture of Gainsight and Staircase AI.
• Design AI agents, automated workflows, and customer engagement solutions that support adoption and reduce churn.
• Manage data integrations, API connections, automation rules, and data flows between CRM, product databases, and Customer Success platforms.
• Lead end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and feature rollouts using Agile project management practices.
• Gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, document solutions, train users, and drive adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Customer Success Operations, or Revenue Operations.
• Hands-on experience administering Gainsight or a comparable Customer Success platform.
• Experience with Staircase AI or similar AI-driven Customer Success platforms and automation tools.
• Experience managing SaaS applications, configurations, integrations, and cross-functional technical projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Understanding of relational databases, SQL, data visualization, APIs, and enterprise integrations.

Nice to have

• Advanced Gainsight administration, architecture experience, or certification.
• Python or similar scripting experience for API integrations and process automation.
• Experience with Customer Success metrics, dashboards, business intelligence tools, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience supporting high-growth SaaS organizations and leading enterprise technology implementations.
