SAP Planning Business Analyst (SAP)

What you will do

• Improve end-to-end planning, supply chain, and business processes through analysis, workshops, and continuous improvement.
• Lead process redesign initiatives, define KPIs, and maintain process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Partner with business leaders and global IT teams to define requirements and implement SAP and related application enhancements.
• Lead business transformation, process improvement, and technology implementation projects across stakeholders, vendors, and consultants.
• Manage organizational change, including communications, training, user adoption, governance, and issue resolution.
• Coach and mentor analysts, prioritize support and project workloads, and oversee application support and service delivery.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP ERP and related business applications.
• Proven ability to analyze business processes and implement measurable improvements.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and organizational change.
• Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Strong project management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in planning, supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics processes.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or operational excellence methodologies.
• Experience with process mapping, performance measurement, analytics, automation, reporting, or AI-enabled business solutions.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
