Senior Human Resources Generalist- Manufacturing

Location: Whitewater, Wisconsin, USA; onsite role

What you will do

• Partner with internal customer groups to coordinate HR programs and processes for a business function or company segment.
• Handle complex employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, mediation, investigations, complaints, and grievances.
• Identify leadership development needs and create targeted development programs with department heads.
• Implement programs and policies that improve employee engagement and performance.
• Advise managers on employee relations, training, and team development.
• Administer compensation programs, salary planning, job evaluation, compliance, and mentoring for less experienced HR staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strategic HR planning skills aligned with organizational goals and long-term plans.
• Experience making decisions on employee relations, policy development, and HR strategy under pressure.
• Ability to support organizational change, employee communication, engagement, and leadership development.
• Strong knowledge of legal compliance and applicable labor laws.

Nice to have

• PHR certification.
• Experience implementing HR processes and programs.
• Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Workday experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company and influencing leadership decisions.
