Production Supervisor (Warehouse Leadership)

Location: On-site in Dallas, Texas, United States. Flexible availability is required for first, second, and third shifts, including weekends, overtime, and holidays.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 25–28 warehouse associates.
• Set performance goals and track productivity, order accuracy, safety, and cleanliness KPIs.
• Provide real-time coaching and foster a respectful, collaborative, and high-performance environment.
• Supervise receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management operations.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits, provide training, and implement corrective actions.
• Apply LEAN and continuous improvement practices to reduce waste, optimize workflows, and remove operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience may substitute for additional education.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to lift, move, and carry 30–40 pounds repetitively, with occasional lifting of items up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, and work in changing warehouse temperatures, including refrigerator and freezer environments.
• Availability for flexible shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays is required.
