Warehouse Production Supervisor

Location: North East, Maryland, United States; on-site. Sunday–Thursday schedule with a 2:00 PM start; must be able to work in all temperature zones.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 25–28 warehouse associates.
• Set performance goals and manage KPIs including productivity, order accuracy, safety, and cleanliness.
• Provide real-time coaching and foster a respectful, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
• Conduct safety inspections, provide training, and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management operations.
• Apply LEAN methodologies and continuous improvement practices to reduce waste and optimize workflows.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; additional relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 30–40 pounds, lift items up to 75 pounds less frequently, and work in refrigerated temperatures of 25–35°F and freezer temperatures of -20°F.
