Regional Availability Expert (Alberta North)

Location: Calgary; the role covers Edmonton and surrounding areas. Candidates must currently be located in or near Edmonton or be willing to relocate to the territory at their own expense.

Salary: $71,500–$92,900 per year

What you will do

• Lead store- and territory-level availability strategy for P&G Grooming and Oral Care products in Walmart stores.
• Identify store-level issues and opportunities and implement solutions to improve point-of-sale results, in-stock performance, open sales, and display compliance.
• Own the allocated territory, prioritize stores by opportunity, and build relationships with department, store, and zone management.
• Execute display, checkout, and in-store availability plans while engaging and training relevant store, market, and regional contacts.
• Capture and share feedback from store and regional managers and report execution through Microsoft Teams or Engage.
• Plan store visits efficiently and attend the annual team meeting.

Requirements

• Must be located in or near Edmonton, or willing to self-relocate to the territory; relocation support is not available.
• High school diploma; college or higher education is an asset.
• 5+ years of relevant retail experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a suitable vehicle for business travel; legal authorization to operate the vehicle is required.
• Working knowledge of service needs and proficiency with laptops, mobile technology, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lb, climb ladders, work in varied physical conditions, and spend approximately 30% of the day traveling to accounts.
