What you will do

• Develop project controls deliverables covering cost forecasting, scheduling, progress measurement, reporting, change management, and risk management.
• Build WBS and CBS structures and integrated EPC cost and schedule programs.
• Maintain project progress measurement systems and analyze cost and schedule data.
• Monitor risks, opportunities, cost trends, progress trends, and project impacts or delays.
• Recommend recovery plans and advise project management about forecast risks.
• Interface with senior management and clients, and provide supervision to a small project controls team when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in project or construction management.
• At least 5 years of experience with Primavera P6 or other scheduling and planning software.
• At least 5 years of experience in cost control, forecasting, and management.
• Proficiency with ERP and cost management systems such as Oracle Cloud, EnterpriseOne, SAP, EcoSys, or Omega PIMs, plus advanced Excel and database skills.
• Strong change and risk management, analytical, communication, presentation, and business partnering skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with JDE Enterprise or other cost accounting software.
• Construction experience and strong planning expertise.
• Knowledge of hirify.global products and capabilities.
