Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in a U.S. state.

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead full-lifecycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through assessment, selection, offer, and close.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define candidate profiles, recruiting strategies, and interview approaches.
• Recruit across engineering, product, analytics, corporate, sales, account management, and leadership roles.
• Research industries, companies, talent pools, and emerging skill sets to identify exceptional candidates.
• Conduct structured interviews and synthesize evidence-based recommendations on candidate capability, motivation, leadership potential, and fit.
• Use and evaluate AI tools, prompts, and workflows to improve research, sourcing, assessment, communication, and recruiting operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with a demonstrated record of academic achievement.
• Demonstrated leadership capability through professional, academic, extracurricular, entrepreneurial, or community experience.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn unfamiliar businesses, technologies, roles, and industries quickly.
• Analytical engineering mindset, strong research and sourcing capabilities, and excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, discretion, integrity, initiative, organization, and follow-through.
• Authorization to work in the United States and residence in a U.S. state are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, executive search, research, consulting, sales, or another field involving the identification and assessment of talented people.
• AI fluency and demonstrated interest in using AI tools to improve work quality and efficiency.
