What you will do

  • Support senior engineers with specifications, datasheets, technical requisitions, and technical bid evaluations.
  • Perform mechanical design calculations using PVElite and HTRI.
  • Apply ASME and API standards to pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, rotating equipment, and auxiliary systems.
  • Communicate and resolve technical issues related to assigned project tasks.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, document control, leadership, customers, and other departments.
  • Attend customer site meetings and field walkdowns while completing project documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 0–5 years of Mechanical Engineering experience.
  • Ability to receive technical guidance from senior engineers.
  • Experience with Office 365, Documentum, AutoCAD, and Adobe.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Commitment to safety, environmental, and company policies.

Nice to have

  • Professional Engineer qualification.
  • Exposure to programming in any language.
  • Willingness to travel domestically or internationally.
  • Cross-disciplinary exposure to Environmental, Process Safety, or Furnaces engineering.
