Assoc Manager Contract Manufacturing

What you will do

• Lead capacity and capability planning for new toy introductions across global manufacturing partners.
• Coordinate Product Development, Engineering, Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain Planning, and supplier teams to support on-time product launches.
• Identify manufacturing bottlenecks, supply risks, cost drivers, and capacity constraints, then drive mitigation and contingency plans.
• Align manufacturing capacity, materials, components, production availability, and forecasted demand.
• Monitor ramp-up performance and capacity utilization while communicating program status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Facilitate resolution of manufacturing feasibility, cost, tooling, quality, capacity, and schedule issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Merchandising, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing, consumer products, product industrialization, supply chain planning, or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with end-to-end manufacturing processes and global supply chains.
• Experience managing a small team.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
