Assistant, Investment Advisor (Bilingual)

Location: Montréal, Quebec, Canada; work arrangement includes a proportion of on-site and remote work to be discussed during the interview.

What you will do

• Support Investment Advisors with managing and growing high-net-worth client portfolios.
• Engage directly with clients, provide service, identify needs, and improve the client experience.
• Assist with business development and investment plans based on client profiles, goals, and risk tolerance.
• Build relationships through local events, marketing activities, and community outreach.
• Identify opportunities that strengthen client relationships and generate future business.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing as an Investment Representative with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization Investment Dealer.
• Financial services or brokerage industry experience and working knowledge of quotation equipment.
• Fluent French and English to serve clients in the community.
• Strong client service, relationship-building, analytical thinking, and business development skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
