Fund Accounting Supervisor

What you will do

• Provide fund accounting services, including NAV preparation and review, accruals, security pricing, and cash and position reconciliations.
• Review and prepare management and performance fee schedules in line with fund documents.
• Review and prepare investor allocations for each NAV cycle, including capital transactions and P&L allocations.
• Prepare NAV packages and other deliverables defined in client service-level agreements.
• Communicate with internal teams and external clients to meet deliverables and requests.
• Review audited financial statements, support audits, and complete regulatory or ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in fund administration.
• Experience with supervision, coaching, or mentoring.
• Strong working knowledge of Geneva.
• A university degree or professional designation such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA is an asset.
