Fund Accounting Supervisor

What you will do

• Provide fund accounting services, including NAV preparation and review.
• Review accruals, security pricing, and cash and security position reconciliations.
• Prepare and review management and performance fee schedules in accordance with fund documents.
• Review investor allocations, ensuring capital transactions and profit and loss are recorded correctly.
• Prepare NAV packages, audited financial statements, regulatory deliverables, and audit support.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients on deliverables, requests, and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in fund administration.
• Experience with supervision, coaching, or mentoring.
• Strong working knowledge of Geneva.
• University degree or professional designation such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA is an asset.
