Financial Analyst II (SQL)

Location: Tustin, California, United States; minimum six-month onsite commitment followed by a hybrid arrangement at the Tustin Campus.

Salary: $88,221–$132,331 per year.

What you will do

• Conduct financial research and analyze forecasts, profitability, investments, liquidity, cash flows, ratios, pricing, and financial statements.
• Create financial reports, dashboards, and analytics using SQL, Tableau, Dundas, and other business tools.
• Process large datasets to identify trends and generate actionable business insights.
• Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, financial modeling, reconciliations, and budget-versus-actual analysis.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and ad hoc reports while supporting month-end and year-end close.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and other cross-functional teams; facilitate project deliverables and testing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, analytical, quantitative, and technical skills.
• Understanding of financial concepts, financial modeling, and core financial statements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and data mining.
