Full-Cycle Recruiting Role

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA, United States

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting across engineering, product, and go-to-market roles.
• Build and optimize recruiting operations, tooling, and automated workflows.
• Partner with founders and team leads to define role requirements, evaluation criteria, and interview processes.
• Source and assess candidates through unconventional channels, portfolios, and projects in addition to resumes.
• Develop enough technical understanding of the AI/ML product to communicate credibly with candidates.
• Support onboarding and help run performance reviews, leveling frameworks, and feedback systems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and go-to-market roles.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to engineering and product candidates.
• Early-stage startup experience with strong independence and adaptability.
• Experience building recruiting operations and automating workflows.
• Strong talent evaluation skills, including assessment of portfolios, projects, and non-traditional profiles.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Ashby, Juicebox, or Clay, plus experience using AI or vibe coding to automate recruiting workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with people operations and HR functions, including onboarding, performance reviews, and leveling.
