Team Leader Reconciliations (Banking)

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of 12 reconciliation specialists in a fast-paced banking environment.
• Manage workflow, service delivery, and operational performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and foster an engaged, accountable, high-performing culture.
• Represent the team and department in project working groups.
• Build a strong risk management culture by identifying, reporting, and rectifying incidents promptly.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in reconciliations, treasury operations, or payments in a supervisory role.
• Experience coaching and mentoring medium-sized or large teams.
• Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and current trends.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across all organizational levels.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and solve complex challenges creatively.
