Senior Affiliate Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States. Candidates must reside in a state where hirify.global is registered to do business.

What you will do

• Manage publisher relationships, opportunities, account growth, and results end to end.
• Own and improve the margin performance of a diversified publisher book.
• Monitor partner traffic and address compliance issues before they become significant problems.
• Identify opportunities to scale or optimize partner performance using reporting and tracking data.
• Maintain active publisher relationships and share successful strategies with the team.

Requirements

• Four or more years of direct publisher or partner management in affiliate marketing.
• Demonstrated ownership of a margin or revenue target, including measurable business impact.
• Experience in a regulated vertical such as insurance, credit, lending, health, or personal finance.
• Ability to solve compliance-related obstacles with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Fluency with performance tracking platforms and the ability to evaluate data quality; hirify.global uses Tune, IntegriShield, and Lashback.
• Proactive approach to reporting, publisher optimization, and scaling partner performance.

Nice to have

• Deep relationships in insurance.
• Experience across multiple regulated verticals.
• Experience with both direct publisher relationships and network distribution.
