Senior Business Analyst / Business Architect (InsuranceNow)

Location: United States — Remote

Salary: $108,000–$192,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead and manage business requirements and functional design for full InsuranceNow implementations.
• Consult with client business and technical resources to understand objectives, simplify requirements, and define solutions.
• Design and estimate solutions for product gaps and enhancements.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, product development, customers, and partners.
• Assess risks, resolve problems, escalate scope changes, and recommend process improvements.
• Support QA testing, customer demos, presentations, time tracking, and billable-time reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of business analyst experience.
• 3+ years of property and casualty insurance experience.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Knowledge of agile software development and iterative development principles.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with geographically distributed teams and manage risks.

Nice to have

• Experience managing expectations of internal and external executive stakeholders.
• Experience with PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
