Workday Financial Systems Analyst (Workday)

Location: Hybrid in Lincoln, Nebraska; associates must live within 30 miles of the office and work in-office three days per week.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and deliver new features that improve the Workday Financials user experience.
• Research existing and new Workday functionality and assess its impact on current and future processes.
• Gather requirements and coordinate testing for feature releases across multiple business segments.
• Administer the Workday Financials data model, workflows, and related product configuration.
• Research and resolve finance and accounting user issues, provide training and support, and identify trends for the product backlog.
• Coordinate integrations with internal and third-party systems while ensuring alignment with internal controls and change-management procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, or financial information systems management.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.
• Experience with project planning, testing, documentation, and execution.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology or experience working in an Agile environment.
• Must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
