Senior Accountant (Healthcare)

Location: Remote - USA. Candidates must have and verify the legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Salary: $85,000–$110,000 per year.

What you will do

• Apply US GAAP, including ASC 606, to contracts and revenue recognition.
• Analyze general ledger activity and perform account and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare recurring, non-recurring, and adjusting journal entries.
• Support period-end close, variance analysis, financial reporting, and special projects.
• Prepare audit schedules and provide documentation for tax preparer requests, including sales tax returns.
• Document and maintain accounting policies while collaborating with internal departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in accounting or auditing.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship is required.
