Sr. Product Manager, Legal & Insurance (Healthcare Data)

What you will do

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the Legal & Insurance Requester Experience.
• Build workflows for medical record request submission, status tracking, retrieval, fulfillment, and analysis.
• Partner with UX, customer experience, operations, engineering, analytics, and commercial teams to turn workflow friction into scalable solutions.
• Expand retrieval coverage and reliability through aggregator, provider, and partner integrations.
• Shape AI-assisted tools that help legal and insurance users extract insights from medical records.
• Improve speed, completeness, transparency, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency while developing a new product vertical.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience leading complex, enterprise-grade, data-centric products.
• Proven ability to deliver products from concept through launch.
• Experience with data exchange, retrieval, or healthcare data products.
• Experience designing products in highly regulated, high-stakes environments while balancing compliance and user experience.
• Ability to simplify complex problems and influence executives, technical leaders, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration with engineering and analytics teams on ambiguous and complex data challenges.

• Experience with legal and insurance medical record retrieval and analysis.
