TL;DR
Commercial Analytics Manager (Healthcare): Integrating secondary data sources to generate brand-performance insights and tactical recommendations with an accent on cardiovascular business-unit analytics, KPI development, and cross-functional decision support. Focus on evaluating experiments, synthesizing claims and healthcare data, managing external analytics vendors, and implementing new methodologies and AI-enabled tools.
Location: Hybrid, based out of Thousand Oaks, CA or Deerfield, IL, with office attendance 2–3 times per week
Salary: $124,931.30–$169,024.70 annual base salary

What you will do
- Design and perform secondary data analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead analytical execution, manage timelines and scope, and coordinate results readouts.
- Establish KPIs and leading indicators for data-driven experimentation in the cardiovascular business unit.
- Evaluate experiment effectiveness and provide optimization recommendations to improve business outcomes.
- Synthesize findings from HCP, account-level demand, claims, electronic medical records, and specialty pharmacy data.
- Manage external vendors and research new analytical tools, methodologies, data sources, and AI enablement.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree, or a master’s degree with 2 years of analytics experience.
- Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree with 4 years, an associate’s degree with 8 years, or a high school diploma/GED with 10 years of analytics experience.
- Hands-on experience analyzing, synthesizing, and integrating secondary data sources.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics, research, dashboarding, and reporting.
- Proficiency in analysis, project management, business problem definition, and developing actionable recommendations.
- Strong oral and written presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts through executive-ready presentations and visual storytelling.
