Sr Product Manager II, ClinicalKey Nursing (AI)

Location: Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $115,400–$192,300 annual base pay, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key capabilities in the enterprise nursing workspace.
• Create cohesive experiences across multiple products in partnership with product leaders across the nursing portfolio.
• Define shared capabilities for navigation, discoverability, personalization, administration, reporting, and usability.
• Prototype and validate cross-product concepts through customer feedback, AI-assisted tools, and iterative experimentation.
• Partner with engineering and platform product managers on APIs, authentication, shared services, modular interfaces, and platform architecture.
• Translate customer workflows and business objectives into specifications that guide design, engineering, testing, delivery, and performance measurement.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience delivering customer-facing SaaS or enterprise software products, including 8+ years in product management.
• Experience building or managing platform products, integrated product experiences, or enterprise software ecosystems.
• Strong technical acumen with APIs, integrations, authentication, and modern application architectures.
• Strong customer discovery, user research, analytical, communication, and cross-functional alignment skills.
• Ability to balance customer needs, technical considerations, and business priorities across multiple products.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline; a technical Master's degree is strongly preferred.

• Understanding of healthcare technology, clinical workflows, learning platforms, or education technology.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development and structured specifications for engineering, testing, and delivery.
