Digital Support Registered Nurse

Location: Remote within the United States

What you will do

• Provide virtual clinical oversight, biometric monitoring, and patient support through chat and in-app messaging.
• Triage, handle, and escalate member communications and clinical program alerts within 24 business hours.
• Conduct proactive and reactive chat engagement with assigned members.
• Monitor connected devices such as scales, blood glucose meters, blood pressure monitors, and ketone meters, escalating issues according to clinical protocols.
• Document medical records and report adverse events when required.
• Collaborate with care coordinators, registered dietitians, nurses, physicians, and other clinical support staff.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with an active license in good standing; a compact license is preferred.
• Must live in the United States.
• Availability for at least 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 8 PM; Saturday availability from 9 AM to 4 PM is optional.
• Experience with electronic health record documentation and in-app communication, including chat and biometric alert handling.
• Ability to adapt communication techniques for a diverse patient population.
• Private home office and high-speed internet required; cannot hold full-time employment elsewhere.
