Certified Medical Assistant / Licensed Practical Nurse (Virtual Care Management)

Location: Spartanburg, South Carolina, United States; hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days onsite and remaining time remote. Patient enrollment requires presence at a doctor's office at least 3 days per week.

Contractors earn $22–$30 per hour on average. Monthly paychecks typically range from $3,000–$7,000. Additional compensation includes $15 per enrolled patient and a $7.25 per hour onsite base.

What you will do

• Onboard patients into virtual care management and remote physiologic monitoring programs.
• Conduct scheduled virtual check-ins to follow up on symptoms and medications.
• Respond to software alerts when abnormal vital signs are detected.
• Introduce patients to the program and complete enrollment during office visits.
• Perform remote monitoring from home or an onsite contractor station during scheduled hours.
• Coordinate preferred onsite days with the team and work independently across remote and clinic settings.

Requirements

• CMA or LPN certification required.
• Medical assisting and patient care skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical office procedures.
• Experience taking vital signs and weight measurements.
• Proficiency in managing medical records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
