D365 CE CRM Developer (Field Service)

Location: Hybrid, 60% office-based and 40% home-based, from Swansea, Bristol, Newcastle, Nottingham, Oldham, Leeds, Birmingham, or Uxbridge, United Kingdom. Candidates must have lived in the UK for at least the last five years, without leaving the country for more than 30 consecutive days, to be eligible for Security Clearance.

Salary: £44,241–£58,997 per annum, plus a 28.97% employer pension contribution. Uxbridge-based candidates may receive an additional £4,000 London Weighting.

What you will do

• Develop and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Field Service solutions.
• Configure and extend Field Service capabilities, including Universal Resource Scheduling and Resource Scheduling Optimisation.
• Build plug-ins and integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Work with Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Automate, and model-driven or canvas apps.
• Contribute to CI/CD and ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps and related tools.
• Collaborate with technical teams, support users, and coach software developers and test engineers.

Requirements

• Experience developing with Dynamics 365 CE and Field Service, including URS and RSO.
• Experience with C#/.NET, JavaScript or TypeScript plug-in development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development standards.
• Applied knowledge of Dynamics CE and Field Service capabilities, boundaries, and constraints.
• Experience delivering user-focused services in an agile environment and managing stakeholders.
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance is required, including five years of UK residence with no absence exceeding 30 consecutive days.
